The Piedmont Gymnastics League of NC has just formed to include Gymnastics Teams that practice 15 hours or less. The goal of the league is to give 100% awards at all meets. There will be tumbling competitions, games, contests, and other fun at the conclusion of all PGL Meets. The meets will give competitors experience, and confidence, to be able to succeed at other types of meets. The PGL will promote fellowship among athletes & coaches, enabling it's members to build a network of friendly support.  Gymnasts will enjoy making friends with gymnasts on other teams!  Coaches will enjoy sharing ideas.  We are excited about the Piedmont Gymnastics League!
